
Yoga prepares the mind for meditation. With a comfortable body we can focus the mind, rediscover ourselves, find the Spirit within, and make sense of the world around us. Yoga works on the body, mind and spirit through postures, breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, and chanting etc. No previous experience is necessary.
